Things seem to be looking up for singer  and now actress Jenifer Hudson, who will be starring  in a new movie alongside Adam Sandler as his love interest.

The singer who recently gave an outstanding performance at the BET music Awards for the Prince tribute will star alongside Sandler in a movie which will air on Netflix. The movie which is called Sandy Wexler will have Hudson playing a singer and this is right up her ally. Her character is called Courtney Clarke. We cannot wait to see this movie, good luck to Jenifer and the rest of the cast mates.

Leslie Jones- Victim of Racial Jokes

Perhaps one of the most deserving and talented comediennes of them all and my all time favorite Leslie Jones was a victim of racial insensitivity on twitter a few days ago. Led by of course conservative Milo Yinnapoulos which led to his ban by twitter and rightfully so.
The abuse that Leslie Jones faced was so awful that she has temporarily stopped the use of her twitter and who can blame her. Using free speech as a tool to attack others never has and never will be okay.As a matter of fact that excuse has become such a cliche and is so overused in today's society especially when people want to justify their horrible actions.

The hashtag #freenero also trended for more than twelve hours on twitter following the ban of Mr Yinnapolous. This is one of the more ridiculous things to trend on twitter of course. People argued that his ban was an attack on free speech, forgetting that twitter is a private company and that freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences.

I will not be posting any of the tweets by Nero or his followers towards Leslie Jones because they are truly disgusting and horrifying. This is a woman who worked hard on a movie, you did not enjoy said movie once it was released and then the appropriate thing would be to attack this woman. Calling her everything from a black guy to an ape, no spare thought for her feelings. Sometimes I think we forget that celebrities are people too and with feelings.

I hope for twitter it is the first step towards shutting down accounts that exist just for trolling and bullying people online. Online bullying is a serious problem, not just on twitter but on other social media as well, Facebook, Instagram and the likes.

What happened at the Orlando gay club is truly terrifying. People are being killed based on their sexual orientation. Literally who they choose as their sexual partners was enough to get them killed. Seriously what is the world coming to? The USA needs to do better, I have never understood why so may US citizens want such easy access to guns. For a country that boasts a lot about their freedom, they sure do love their guns. Better gun control laws are needed and that's just a fact. I am not saying anything that hasn't been said before but here is the sad truth. Nothing will be done, just like in Sandy Hook and San Bernadino. There will be a lot of talk, a lot of criticism but as soon as the next week rolls around, it will be a new story. How many more children have to be killed, how many more people have to die before the USA realizes that they have to get their shit together. May God save us all.

My Relationship with Kylie Jenner Overshadowed my Talents-Tyga

Its been two months after Kylie and Tyga broke up and he is speaking out. He isn't spilling any major tea but he did have this to say about his relationship with the reality TV star

Singer and actress (Because Sonny with a chance was a good show), Demi Lovato is in hot water with fans of Mariah Carey, after commenting on a post which featured Mariah and Ariana Grande. Now if you haven't been living under a rock, you would know that this two amazing women have been compared and often pitted against each other because of their amazing voices and vocal ranges. Below is the post and comment that have Mariah fans posting pictures of goats on Demi's instagram.

Apparently our girl Demi is not here for the way Mariah treats other musicians, her subtly shades and classy jabs are not Demi's cup of tea and she just had to stand up for Ariana.

Demi had good intentions but the Mariah fan base were not here for it.

And the "beef" continues, Taylor vs Kanye vs Kim

We all remember Kanye's infamous lyrics towards Taylor Swift where he claims to have made her famous, called her a bitch and the whole nine yards? You all also remember, that Taylor claimed she had not heard or been forewarned about the lyrics. Well it seems like we will be addressing this issue yet again, tiring as it is. Kim Kardashian wife of Kanye in her recent GQ cover story claims that Taylor did in fact know about the lyrics of the song and did in fact approve it. She aslo claims that the phone call was recorded. Well if it was recorded Kimmy, maybe release the tape so the world can hear? The interview prompted a response from the Taylor camp and a statement was issued.Which can be red in full below.

"Taylor does not hold anything against Kim Kardashian as she recognizes the pressure Kim must be under and that she is only repeating what she has been told by Kanye West. However, that does not change the fact that much of what Kim is saying is incorrect. Kanye West and Taylor only spoke once on the phone while she was on vacation with her family in January of 2016 and they have never spoken since. Taylor has never denied that conversation took place. It was on that phone call that Kanye West also asked her to release the song on her Twitter account, which she declined to do. Kanye West never told Taylor he was going to use the term 'that bitch' in referencing her. A song cannot be approved if it was never heard. Kanye West never played the song for Taylor Swift. Taylor heard it for the first time when everyone else did and was humiliated. Kim Kardashian's claim that Taylor and her team were aware of being recorded is not true, and Taylor cannot understand why Kanye West, and now Kim Kardashian, will not just leave her alone."

Taylor just wants to be left alone Kim and Kanye, this is a none issue and really shouldn't be addressed.

Ok friends this is definately a strange one. R&B singer Bobby Brown, husband to the late Whitney Houston claims in a recent interview to have had sex with a ghost. How ludicrous does this sound? He claims not to be high and insists that it really did happen. He claims it occurred in his Georgia mansion that he had just bought. Tragic News, Prince dies aged 57

It came as a shock to everyone when the news broke that the legendary singer, Prince singer of Purple Rain passed away as reported by his publisist.
The singer passed away in his home, Paisley park estate in Chanhassen where he had been found by rescue  workers. He was pronounced dead on the scene at about 10:07 am. We will miss you Prince. Rest in Peace as you will dearly be missed by both family and fans.

BuzzFeed God bless their soul used to be one of my favorites sites to get news and entertainment but in the words of a friend, "They done f**ked up now". You might be wondering what BuzzFeed has done well, i'll let you watch for yourself and see messed up the whole situation is.

At first it was funny, then it got downright offensive, like really as a black person you don't understand why our race is allowed to say the N word and not other races. Do I need to explain the historical implications and oppression that has haunted black people since way back and that is especially tied to that word. Do I need to explain how the N word was used as a derogatory term to refer to black people how it is still used to refer to black people and we are only beginning to reclaim that word for ourselves and change the meaning into something positive. As a black person do you really need an answer to that question. This is really disappointing, especially since it is coming from BuzzFeed. Seriously Buzzfeed could have done better, there are legitimate questions that you all could have asked but you all chose to ask all the wrong ones.

Disney Star Debby Ryan Arrested for DUI

Star of Jessie on Disney was arrested while driving in Los Angeles around 11pm of last week for driving while under the influence of alcohol. The 22 year old actress who took to her twitter to apologize had this to say,
"Over the last few days I have had the chance to think over my actions and I wish I had used better judgement"

Between Future, Ciara and a Lawsuit

The two who have a kid together cannot apparently stand each other, if their behaviors this week is anything to go by.Future is finally replying to the 15 millionaire dollars lawsuit brought to him by Ciara. Ciara who sued Future a few month back due to a series of tweets and for basically airing their private business in public and ruining her career. Now Future in a counter suit is saying that he could not have possibly ruined her career and basically calling Cici washed up. Ouch, that has got to sting.
Future wants the court to force Ciara to put an end to bad mouthing him and also make her pay for all the legal fees he incured fighting her lawsuit.
